He is in Antigua which is a member country of Interpol. Indian agencies may soon request their counterparts there to execute the notice.

CROSSBOW-18 Exercise - The Combined Guided Weapon Firing exercise 'CROSSBOW-18' ended successfully at the Suryalanka Air Force Station in Andhra Pradesh. The 11-day exercise, conducted under the aegis of the Southern Air Command, saw various Surface-to-Air Missile systems like the indigenously developed Akash, Spyder, OSA-AK-M and IGLA carrying out drills and live firing for the first time on manoeuvrable aerial targets.

India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission - Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and her Russian counterpart General Sergei Shoigu participated in the 18th meeting of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Military Technical Cooperation, IRIGC-MTC in New Delhi. During the meeting, both sides discussed a wide range of issues relating to defence equipment, industry and technological engagement between the two countries.

Political Crises in Sri Lanka - The Supreme Court of Sri Lanka ruled that President Sirisena’s dissolution of Parliament was illegal. The crisis erupted on October 26, when Mr. Sirisena sacked incumbent Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, and abruptly replaced him with former President Mahinda Rajapaksa. Later Parliament of Sri Lanka passed no confidence motion against Mahinda Rajapaksa and also passed a motion expressing confidence in Ranil Wickremesinghe to function as the Prime Minister.  President Sirisena refused to reappoint Mr. Wickremsinghe as PM.

Ban on The Sale of Online Medicines - The Delhi High Court ordered a ban on the sale of online medicines by e-pharmacists across the country. The court directed both Central and state government to ensure immediate implementation of the order. The PIL contested that lakhs of medicines were being sold on the internet every day in an unbridled manner and without any regulation posing a huge risk to people.

ICICI Bank Topped in Fraud List - ICICI Bank has topped the list of banks with maximum number of employees on whom action has been taken in the last three years for involvement in frauds. In the last three years, action has been taken against 13,949 bank officials belonging to 60 PSU banks and private banks. ICICI Bank officials alone account for 2,236 or 16% (one-sixth) of the total such cases.
